    All deposits are non-refundable.

    A 50% deposit of your estimated total is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 10 days before your event.

    Final guest count is due 14 days prior to your event.

    You’re welcome to bring in your own décor! We ask that you avoid glitter, confetti, open flames, or anything that may damage the space. Please coordinate with our team if you plan to hang or attach anything to walls or ceilings. Setup time depends on your guest count.

    Yes. If you’d like to host a welcome party, planning session, or casual dinner before your main event, we offer discounted rates for secondary bookings.

    Absolutely! Enhance your celebration with interactive fun like bowling, laser tag, Topgolf Swing Suites, or arcade play. These can be great additions to birthdays, team celebrations, or even casual fundraisers.

    Yes! You’re welcome to hire your own entertainment. We also have a list of trusted vendors if you’d like recommendations. Please note: all food and beverage service must be provided by our in-house team at Table 47.

    Yes. Minimums vary based on the space reserved and your guest count. Our events team will walk you through the details based on your specific event.

    Yes! We offer custom menu design and printed materials for an additional fee, depending on the scope and service style.

    Yes, we offer both hosted and cash bar options. A portable bar can be added to your event space—staffing fees or minimums may apply.

    Absolutely. We’re happy to accommodate most dietary needs and special requests with advance notice.

    Yes! Complimentary tastings are available for plated events with 100+ guests and must be scheduled 30–60 days in advance. Tastings are for two (2) guests and held on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons. Additional guests may join for $40++ per person.

    Not booked yet? You can schedule a paid tasting for $60++ per couple. If you move forward with a qualifying event, the fee will be credited toward your total.

    Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of celebratory desserts like cakes or cupcakes. Wine may be brought in with a corkage fee.

    All catering is provided by our in-house team at Table 47. We offer plated meals, buffets, passed appetizers, and more. Custom menus are available to suit your preferences, theme, or dietary needs.
