We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your party, we’ll gladly transfer your deposit to a new date. However, if you cancel your booking, the deposit is nonrefundable and will be forfeited
Each room can accommodate up to 20 guests total, including 12 players and up to 8 additional attendees, such as parents or friends. If you’d like to add more than 12 players, you can do so for an additional fee, which varies depending on the package you’ve selected.
Yes, you can pre-order options like additional pizzas and fruit and veggie platters. During your party, you’ll also have the opportunity to order from the full activities menu.
The packages include 15 minutes of setup time before the party starts. If extra time is needed, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due upon booking your party.
No, shoe rentals are complimentary and completely optional. Players are welcome to wear their own safe, closed toed shoes if they prefer.
Yes, we encourage you to bring a celebratory cake or cupcakes! However, please note that we’re unable to provide refrigeration for ice cream or ice cream cakes.
Reserved Tables are semi-private setups in the Salish Sea Lounge, with a sectioned-off counter and four tables in a public space.

The Harbor and Narrows Suites are fully enclosed spaces located on the first floor. Each suite includes private bowling lanes, comfortable seating, and total separation from public areas—ideal for groups looking for a premium, all-in-one experience.
Players
These are the children included in your party package—participating in the activities like bowling, laser tag, or arcade play. Additional players beyond the included count can be added for an extra fee.
Guests
Guests are anyone attending who isn’t participating in the activities, such as parents, guardians, or additional family members. They’re welcome to join the celebration! Just provide a headcount in advance so we can ensure enough seating and help you plan for food and drink add-ons if desired.
